1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will be informed when it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Within Karachi: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.
3. Shipping Charges
- Each item will be charged PKR 250 for Delivery.
- We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your delivery in real time.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery, or
- The order may be returned to us
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
