Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags attached.
🚫 Items bought on sale or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
Once your request is approved, you can courier the product back to us.
Our team will share the return details with you.
Shipping Charges (Returns)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if you receive a damaged or wrong product.
In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Important Notes
- Used or damaged products after use will not be accepted
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Product colors may slightly vary due to screen differences
